What is an ISM Franchisee?
An ISM Franchisee is a self-employed Driving Instructor, trained to ISM's exacting standards, who delivers top-quality instruction to ISM clients nationwide.

Who can be an ISM Franchisee?
If you hold a full drivers licence and are a person of good repute you may apply for an ISM Franchise. Being of a calm nature and possessing good communication skills will be a definite advantage. Coming from a self-employed background would also be an advantage but not essential for application.

How do you qualify to become an ISM Franchisee?
You will be required to undertake our Driving Instructor's Training Course, in preparation for your three-part RSA exams. On completion you will be part of the ISM team of top driving instructors throughout Ireland. This course is conducted in three separate modules and the cost per module is kept to an absolute minimum and is further reduced if payment is received in full prior to the start of the course. This will help you to turn your skills and enthusiasm into a successful and rewarding career.
